We currently deliver to select areas within the city. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your address at checkout. We are constantly expanding our service area, so please check back if your location is not currently covered.

2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is typically 30-60 minutes from the time the order is confirmed by the restaurant. This time may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, and order volume. You can track the real-time status of your order on the "Track Order" page.

3. Delivery Charges

A delivery charge may be applied to your order. This charge is calculated based on the distance from the restaurant to your delivery address and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Handover

Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you upon arrival at your address. If they are unable to reach you, they will wait for a maximum of 5-10 minutes before leaving. In such cases, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued. Please ensure you are available to receive your order.
