Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is marked as "Preparing" by the restaurant. Once the order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled through the app. To cancel an order, please go to the "Track Order" page for your current order and use the cancel button if available.

2. Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your order is cancelled by you before it is accepted by the restaurant.
  • Your order is rejected by the restaurant.
  • Your order is cancelled by the restaurant for any reason.
  • You did not receive the items you ordered (proof may be required).

3. Refund Process

For payments made online, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is necessary as no payment was made. We do not provide refunds for orders that have been successfully delivered and confirmed.
